Project manager Rick came to my home today at 8am for replacement AC installation quote. Financing was approved in 10 minutes. 3 hours later installation Tech Carlos and another tech came and installed brand new packaged unit. Installation took 3 hours start to finish. Very efficient process! Extremely polite staff! So far great experience

Crew arrived precisely on time. Crew leader, I believe name Jordan introduced crew. They ran into an issue, which Jordan explained, and they stayed late to complete job. Very professional and reliable.

He actually discovered a leak that I wasn't aware of—if he hadn't found it, I likely would have ended up with water coming through my ceiling! He handled all the necessary repairs immediately and took the time to explain everything clearly so I knew exactly what was being done.
