Mason was the Technician that came to our home today. I could not be more impressed with this young man. He was so polite and professional. He noticed a situation with some wires that had been scraping against the metal container. He had shown me how they were getting worn down and covered them with electrical tape. I was so impressed with his compassion to fix the problem, instead of just leaving it to become a much bigger, expensive problem in the future. He also gave me tips on how to help keep the unit clean. This young man will go far in life. I hope A.C. Warehouse is aware of what an amazing employee they have in Mason. I wish to express my absolute delight of the expertise, advice and quick assessment of my plumbing challenge. The caring representatives of ACWarehouse (Plumbing) are competent, quick, more than reasonable and very thorough in the work they did for me. I appreciate the effort to complete the job in spite of the difficulty and not pressure me into doing more preventive work at this time, although there probably will be more in the future. I am a widow in my mid 80s with a 70 + year old house and certainly appreciate all that was done at this time. When I have funds to do more, I will certainly call THIS company back to finish updating my home's plumbing. My experience tells me they will not abuse my loyal trust and will bring the best price to fit my budget. I am extremely happy with the honest respectful treatment I received from ACWarehouse. I wish I could express the overwhelming "THANK YOU, Guys" that I feel when I could have been taken to bankruptcy by the other 3 companies (plumbers) who used fear and intimidation with their estimates!

Jacob was AWESOME!!!! He found the problem, communicated with me to the: reasons, plan of attach, worked diligently and cleanup - couldnt of asked for a nicer... well informed... comunicator/educator to fix the problem and advise me of future needs.

It was great. Your associate was professional and polite. He even told us about a ultraviolet light that need to be changed. He had one with him so it could be done right away. Showed us a picture of our unit on the roof, and let us know it was in great condition. Thank you for great service.
