Mason McRae was an excellent technician, he solved my problem and cleared my drain line. He also installed 2 UV lights for me. I 100% recommend Mason for service work.

Mason was timely and immediately diagnosed that the condenser had frozen over. He did the best he could to thaw it to determine the cause but time ran out to thaw it last night. A follow up appointment is scheduled for this morning. Mason was very professional and courteous.

Mason ,my tech ,found the fried snake on the capacitor right away!
He removed the snake and replaced the capacitor and now the AC is working again

We were looking at new ac units and Rick was our sales rep. He was not pushy, very professional and gave us a great price.. We picked a replacement date the next week and our AC’s compressor died the next day. I called Rick at 4:30 and he got us an install for the next day. Install crew was very professional and knowledgeable.
