Our tech was Christine Dubois. She immediately identified the unit's issue, gave us an est cost for the repair, then corrected the issue quickly. And, the AC is still working great after 24 hours.Christine is very pleasant, courteous and job focused. I don't know if you can request a particular tech but we will certainly request her should we need other AC services.

2 month old air conditioner unit stopped working. Couldn’t get it started. Called AC Warehouse and a repairman came out the next day and fixed the issue immediately. He explained the issue that had caused the problem. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly. He had worked a long day due to the recent hurricane. He contacted me prior to his arrival at our home. I am happy to give Joshua and AC Warehouse a 5 star rating.

I was somewhat disappointed because the lady we spoke too on Sunday had said she was moving up our maintenance appointment for November to yesterday. But Josh explained about the difference between maintenance and service, so we had to pay $560. Part of that is understandable due to the thermostat. I am really happy that we got service so quickly. Thank you for fixing the short in my ac unit. It stopped working and Matt came right out and found the problem outside the unit. I appreciate the quick service, especially when a big storm was approaching.

Julian and Spencer were top notch. I called at 4pm on a Friday…AC warehouse was able to get someone at my door in the next 30 min. They quoted me a new unit and gave me a military discount because I am in the service. Not only this, they asked if they could come replace my unit the next morning at 8 am. I only had to wait 16 hours for an all new unit. My air went from 80 in the house to 68 in a matter of 2 hours. Julian and Spencer answered all our questions and were just awesome guys. I actually ended up paying a little more than other companies quoted, but I am glad I did because the quality of service was bar none. I will continue to use AC Warehouse for all my HVAC needs moving forward.

I wish to express my absolute delight of the expertise, advice and quick assessment of my plumbing challenge. The caring representatives of ACWarehouse (Plumbing) are competent, quick, more than reasonable and very thorough in the work they did for me. I appreciate the effort to complete the job in spite of the difficulty and not pressure me into doing more preventive work at this time, although there probably will be more in the future. I am a widow in my mid 80s with a 70 + year old house and certainly appreciate all that was done at this time. When I have funds to do more, I will certainly call THIS company back to finish updating my home's plumbing. My experience tells me they will not abuse my loyal trust and will bring the best price to fit my budget. I am extremely happy with the honest respectful treatment I received from ACWarehouse. I wish I could express the overwhelming "THANK YOU, Guys" that I feel when I could have been taken to bankruptcy by the other 3 companies (plumbers) who used fear and intimidation with their estimates!
