Always great service from AC Warehouse. Today's 6-month HVAC maintenance was done by Mat in the company's typically friendly, efficient, neat and competent manner. And I greatly appreciate the fact that there are no upsell attempts. On the rare occasion that AC Warehouse recommends replacement or addition of a component (such as UV lights), I trust their judgment.

Ismael and Sergio installed the unit on a very warm Saturday. They finished complete installation in a few hours. Including taking the outside unit to the rooftop.
Allen Baker was the technician who made the first inspection. Very pleast and knowledgeable.

Aracelio was incredibly professional and polite. We had 3 separate techs come out in the last month and none of them could find the issue. Aracelio found the leak and repaired the issue in an hour! Thank you SO much. My husband is very grateful to finally be able to sleep in a cold room again after working outside every day. It feels so great to have full working a/c after a month! Absolutely would use this company again.

A/C warehouse is a wonderful company to deal with. There customer service is always exceptional.My air conditioner shut down during during a heatwave so I called them to see if they could come out to see what the issue was. A/C warehouse sent a technician within hours.They showed up on time as promised and got the air conditioner running. As always they are very professional,curtious and have well trained technicians that do it right the first time. I would highly recommend them as the genuinely care about their customers, and treat you like a person unlike some other companies where you are just another numbered account to service. Thank you A/C warehouse and staff for your professionalism.

I have used AC warehouse for the last 6 years. Had some issues prior. Yesterday’s service tech Mason was one of the nicest, polite gentleman we have had. He went right to our issue and fixed it within 30 minutes. So enjoyed his company!!! You have a great employee with Mason!!
