40% Installation

Not every brand is manufactured the same. There are many differences. You should discuss this with our technicians which system is right for you and your home.

30% Equipment

Any heating and air conditioning system can operate at 50% to 100% of its ideal manufactured capability. The level of capability actually achieved depends solely on the manner of installation.

30% Air Flow

The new higher efficiency systems provide a higher velocity of air flow. Without the proper size duct work, your system will starve for air, causing excessive moisture in the duct work and the air handler, which promotes mold and mildew growth. It will also reduce capacity and efficiency.
